They have helped us tremendously over the past several months, from diagnosing and repairing issues with our old boiler to installing a brand new system for hot water/hydronic heating that was better suited to our home and our needs. I experienced a great deal of trouble with my Reliance boiler at my triplex, which AR Mechanical replaced with a brand new system. Not only am I now saving money monthly with lower fees than Reliance, but with a locally owned business, the team is far more responsive and has provided me with same day service multiple times. They improved the heating for my building and my tenants are thrilled with the hotter water and better service. I was very impressed that the owner, Richard, called me directly to follow up with any questions and concerns, and to ensure that I was happy with the service. Called to make an appointment. Pleasant voice told me that an appointment was not necessary. Dropped in today to return our rental hot water tank. Wow!! Service was so nice and quick ! Had a fellow from the back come to help me with the tank from my vehicle. All very professional and would highly recommend. If this is how they treat a real non client, then how would they treat someone that bought a service from them. I will definitely call these people when i need a furnace repair or install .
